The state of Florida has not been kind to us in @AREAiRacing. On to Vegas in two weeks, where maybe one of our cars will make it a whole night without being murdered.

The #PorcaOrca will wind up P5 in class, and P11 of 58 overall in the VCO iRacing Sebring 12 Hours. A last minute accident sent our Porsche 963 GTP down the order a few spots. Not the best race we’ve ever had, but certainly a great experience as a team!

Four hours in to the Sebring 12 Hours, we have moved up from our tenth place qualifying position to P5 in class and P8 overall! An unfortunate love session between Tim and the barriers set us a few laps down, but we are working our way back up after falling as low as 33rd of 58.

Daytona did Daytona things. Our guys will be working double time to dig out of an early hole after Week 1. Next week, Homestead.

Ready to raise hell and praise Dale. It’s @AREAiRacing Truck Series RACEDAY at Daytona! We’ve got four trucks locked in to tonight’s race and another looking to make a statement in open truck qualifying, tune in at 8:45 PM EST on @ptrtv1.

@CoachDSanders I think a lot of kids under estimate the impact a year or two in development at a good D2 or D3 can benefit them. They are lucky to play as a true freshman, even luckier to get all 4 years. Most redshirt because of injury or position depth.

Recruits: If your HS coach is telling you to visit D2 and D3 schools, it’s not because they don’t believe in you, it’s because they want you to be able to find a home to play. If you are a JR with no offers going into the summer, the likelihood of a D1 school offering is slim

Our Tuesday nights are set! In only fifteen days, Eagle Performance will hit the track at Daytona for the @AREAiRacing Truck Series season opener, kicking off an eighteen race schedule that will come culminate on August 4.
