Lattices + geometry node is a great way to bypass dependency loops for shape key tweaker bones.

@aculptic The overall shader is pretty simple. As you can see in the screenshot, it’s mostly painted.

@ZeroFakers I don't have proper shading yet! This material is only for observing how the shadows and normals affect the mesh.

@OussamaAzzouzi9 Skirts + Action Constraint? Never seen it done. Might try tho. Problem is: skirt motion is mostly time-based (overlapping action), not just pose-driven. Tutorial? Not sure if one exists, but check the Blender Studio docs for the concept studio.blender.org/tools/addons/c…
