I took my pet brand client from $30k to $750k. So I put all my learnings in a 5-page doc. - How we’re planning to reach $1M/month - The formats & why UGC doesn’t work anymore - Why and how we position our clients in crowded markets Here’s how to get it: Like this post and comment “pet” below. I'm going to disable this post in 48 hrs... Because I just dropped the #1 strategy to take any ecom brand to $30,000+ days with the SAME product. This is the exact DESIRE framework we use to scale multiple brands from $1,000/day to $30,000/day and onwards. We charge $10,000/mo to do this for our clients… But today, I'm giving it away 100% FREE. Like + Comment "DESIRE" and I'll send it to you.

cleared ~$230k using a setup like this recently people think scale comes from better ads it doesn’t it comes from how fast you can produce and test this is the system: – one product – ai-generated listing images (like these) in minutes – multiple angles built instantly – reused across ads, PDPs, and creatives claude handles hooks + messaging images get generated, deployed, and tested fast no designers no long back-and-forth no creative bottlenecks just launch → read data → iterate same structure repeated daily that’s how volume compounds rt + comment “listing” and i’ll send the full breakdown (follow for dm)

Day 13 of scaling to 1 mil a month Payment processor got completely cooked, held all the funds, then they finally got us back on. Got back up and getting setup on @whop payments processing Scaled to 16k day but shit roas wanna be real with you about how fucked it is 🤪 still getting humbled over here lol Switched it from buy 3 for the price of X To Buy 1 get 2 free Took it from 1.0 to 2.5 ROAS in 1 day, actually crazy how much semantics can do in DTC. Your offer is just as important as the creative Using any language that includes free is the difference between using a fishing poll and throwing a stick of dynamite 🧨 in the water, Looking like a 4-5k day Let’s see if we can rip it to 20k this weekend After we hit a mil in a month will drop all the sauce Comment “mil” if you want it

A brand called Kyno is scaling hard in a market nobody in the ecom space ever talks about. Israel. 9.5 million people. Tiny country. But the numbers tell a completely different story. Israel's ecom market generated $9.5 billion in 2024 and is projected to reach nearly $13 billion by 2029, growing at 10%+ annually. Among the highest disposable incomes in the Middle East. 79% of the population aged 15+ owns a credit card. Supplement consumption per capita that rivals the US. The AOVs are insane. Brands selling $80-$120 products are seeing conversion rates that match or beat the US — in a market with a fraction of the ad competition. Meta CPMs in Israel run $4-8 depending on niche. Not as cheap as Southeast Asia. But the AOVs more than compensate. Here's what makes Israel unique: the population is small, but the purchasing power per person is massive. You're not going for volume. You're going for margin. A $120 AOV product with a $22 CAC in a market with almost zero Western DTC competition. Setup is relatively straightforward. Hebrew translation (or English works for a large portion of the population), local payment integration, and fulfillment through a regional partner. Total launch cost: $2,500-$4,000. Israel is the next UAE for ecom entrepreneurs looking for high-AOV international markets with low competition. Small market. Fat margins. Almost nobody there yet. If you're Israeli or have Israeli friends — might be a great market to tap into.

RIP landing page designers 🤯 I just built a system in Claude Code that clones any high-converting Meta advertorial in minutes and rebuilds it for your brand. Find a presell page that's been scaling on Meta for months → feed the URL to Claude Code → get back a production-ready page with your product, your copy, your angles. Built 100% in Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and creative agencies who need to test multiple advertorial angles on Meta but don't have the budget or runway for a freelancer cycle on every one. If you've found a presell page that's clearly working, watched it run for weeks, and known you should be testing your own version — but the path to actually shipping it means briefing a designer, waiting on copy, getting back something off-brand, and burning two weeks before you can send a single click to it... This system runs the entire loop for you: → Find an advertorial that's been scaling on Meta → Drop the URL into Claude Code → Claude extracts the exact DR framework powering the page → Swaps in your brand details, product, audience, and mechanism → One-shots a complete HTML page following the same proven structure → Paste into Shopify and you're live No designer back-and-forth. No copywriter turnaround. No starting from scratch every time. What you get: - The exact advertorial structure that's already converting on Meta, rebuilt for your brand - Full HTML page ready to import in 60 seconds - Copy that hits every DR beat — authority, pain escalation, root cause reframe, social proof, offer - A repeatable system to spin out new angles whenever a hypothesis hits The advertorials scaling hardest on Meta all follow the same formula. This just lets you use it. I put together a full guide showing the exact process — how to find winning pages, extract the structure, and build your own in Claude Code. Day 16 of going from $0 to $10k/month with bizopp affiliate marketing This creative is starting to die now, already wrote 4 new scripts and generated some UGC vids with AI, will edit and launch them tomorrow. Today: $471 spend and $520 revenue. Maybe it can bounce back up like tomorrow but I doubt. Either way new ads going out tomorrow.

@adv_ceo You've been able to test your various adverts using Redtrack, but how do you go about it on Meta? Or were those just native ads, push notifications, etc.?

Affiliate Marketing Sidequest #2 How I scaled a new WH offer from 0 to $26K PROFIT/day in 5 days (proof in the comments) First of all, this is not a usual thing, it was perfect timing, a proven product, and some luck of course. Also, after my last post about the aff space, people messaged me asking if they should switch from eCom to aff now. No, you should not. I just enjoy doing it on the side and it builds good skills. That business model is not better than eCom or any other one. Some Facts: WH eCom offer, Pain Relief niche Private offer from a friend's brand $50–75 payout (depending on the checkout price we used) Big 5 (mostly USA traffic) Old product, not something new or untapped How it went: Day 1: 10.5K adspend, 1.5K profit Day 2: 10.9K adspend, 202 profit Day 3: 7.7K adspend, 6.3K profit Day 4: 13.6K adspend, 20.8K profit Day 5: 24.5K adspend, 24K profit Day 6: 34.6K adspend, 26K profit Day 1 & 2: We tested 5 different angles, full test meaning different ads, ADV, product page, all basically failed. Profitable but failed. I knew directly they would never be able to scale with those numbers. Day 3: I wrote 1 more advertorial, different layout, different style of writing. We wanted to test it on Day 4, but our landing page guy messed up and instead of creating a new ADV, he changed the copy in an already running one. I only realised it in the evening, but it was sitting at 820% ROAS across a couple of campaigns. There was still a huge mismatch in the whole funnel, ads, ADV, and product page, because it was set up wrong. Day 4: Killed all other angles, relaunched the new winning one with dedicated ads, ad copy, and product page to match the angle of the ADV. Launched pretty aggressively in terms of campaigns and spend because I knew it would only get better. Also on this day we added the new Easter sale to the ADV and CVR went even higher. Day 5: Went aggressive and wanted to double the spend to reach $40K profit. As you can see, it didn't happen, the offer/angle wasn't strong enough to scale that high that quickly. Day 6: Even though yesterday already didn't go as planned, I put my balls on the table and increased spend even more, rolled out more creatives and more campaigns. Didn't work again, overspend and ROAS dropped. Day 7 (today): Put the ego aside, scaled the spend down, optimised the funnel, etc. Should end well. Also created 5 new versions of the new ADV style/layout and rolled them out in some campaigns, looking very promising. Scaling it up tomorrow. As you can see, all we did was literally find a new angle, match the messaging across ads, ADV, product page, checkout, and scale up budgets aggressively. 100% image ads. 100% of them done with AI. 100% WH, because I would not get paid and I would destroy my friend's brand. No fake doctors, nothing. What you can learn from this: Test more advertorials. As you can see, even with a total mismatch from ads to ADV on the first day of the angle, the performance was still insane right out of the gate. How we'll scale this even further: Scale out to more countries, bring the new angle to more traffic sources, keep testing more advertorials. This doesn't only work for affiliate. Recently on a consulting call with an eCom guy, I told him to stop putting 100% of his effort into ads and instead focus more on the advertorials. He doubled his revenue and EPC in 14 days by finding new angles and new ways to sell the product. And yes, my grammar and spelling are terrible, but my stuff still converts.

I just built a Claude Code skill that ships 50 static ad concepts to my desktop every morning 🤯 Feed it your reviews, your winning ads, and your top comments → it studies what's working → generates 50 fresh static ad concepts in your brand voice while you sleep. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are still briefing designers, waiting 3 days for 4 mediocre options, and burning hours in Canva trying to keep up with creative volume. If you're running Meta Ads in 2026, you already know the math — the brands that win aren't the ones with the best single ad, they're the ones testing 20-50 new concepts per week. Most teams ship 5 if they're lucky. This skill solves it: → Drop in your customer reviews, top comments, and winning ad screenshots → The skill studies what hooks, angles, and pain points are actually converting → Pulls from a library of 15 proven DR templates (us vs them, stat callouts, review cards, testimonial stacks, headline ads) → Writes 50 new concepts in your brand voice every morning on a schedule → Fires the prompts to Nano Banana 2 for finished images → Drops everything into a dated folder on your desktop, ready to upload to your CBO No briefing designers. No 3-day turnarounds. No starting from scratch every Monday. What you get: - 50 fresh static ad concepts every single morning - Concepts grounded in your real customer language and winning ads - 15 proven DR templates baked in, customized to your brand - Scheduled to run while you sleep — wake up, pick winners, upload - One skill file you install once and use forever Built 100% in Claude Code. I put together a full playbook with the skill file, the 15 templates, and the exact setup to get this running on a schedule.
