@Yielando @DPCDSBSchools Not really… buses are cancelled because the bus driver unions have safety concerns for their members (ie bus drivers)… but the school boards are not showing the same safety concerns for School staff and parents/kids who don’t use school buses!!!

@sajid_moughal @DPCDSBSchools I hate it too and that’s understanding, but teachers and parents driving is a choice....the buses driving a whole bunch of kids is a liability in case something happens which is why they cancel buses from driving in bad weather. That’s the reason why they do it.

All DPCDSB schools and offices/facilities are closed to students and staff on Monday, January 26 due to winter weather conditions. Secondary exams scheduled for tomorrow will move to the designated Contingency Day.

If buses are cancelled or schools are closed tomorrow, exams scheduled for Monday will be rescheduled to Wednesday, Jan. 28, at the same time. Exams scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 27 (Period 4 classes) will continue as planned.
