Withdrawals are the part we care most about. They’re a plain vault call. We can’t pause them. The attestor can’t block them. They don’t wait for a rebalance cycle. If a venue breaks, the vault pulls liquidity and pays you out anyway. The optimizer decides where new money goes. It can never decide whether your money leaves.
