@allholls Yes because staff are trained to pull dates from the back and fill up at the back with longer date codes when facing up. Hubby was retail manager so I know this is fact

Does anyone else grab the item behind the one in front when you're shopping because you think there's something wrong with the front one? Or is that just me?

@CarverEmily Thing is they took all the caps off our drinks entering the footie stadium incase we threw heavy drink filled bottles at the players as a safety thing!

I never used to spill my Diet Coke… that was until these new EU regulated bottle caps came into power. Now I spill it every day. It can’t just be me??

@MartinSLewis Live on the coast, all our amusement machines use 2p coins, so does the charity machine on the pier. Also needed for carnivals charity bucket collections.

Today's Twitter Poll: It's been reported no new 1p & 2p coins will be minted this year. Some argue they should no longer be made - where do you stand. Do you think it's time to get rid of them all together?

Just been for a walk round the farm and I’m a bit alarmed by how few butterflies there are. Something is afoot.

Made these little butterfly buns after work today 🦋 Question for twitter/X: are butterfly buns a northern Irish thing? Most of my friends here in England have no idea what they are

@MartinSLewis As a diabetic diet coke refills or water are usually only choice. If its not free refills and I have to pay same price as a pint I'm going to have the pint and inject more insulin! Not healthy.

Today's Twitter Poll: Do you support the banning of free soft drink refills (not water) in fast food joints & restaurants to help with the rate of obesity and sugar consumption? Similar to what's being proposed in Wales. Which is CLOSEST to your view

@BBCSport He did well at the beginning but he bottled it to media pressure and started playing safe defensive boring football out of step with how the rest of the world play. Taking a squad full of injuried players didn't help either

@MelHand_Teacher @MissEmilyK_ I once was so fed up by the lack of scissor skills and children saying they weren't allowed them at home I bought the whole class a pair of school scissors each. I usually did pencils though

@MissEmilyK_ This is my 22nd year of teaching and never done end of year gifts for individual children. I sometimes buy a book I know they will love and gift it to their next classroom but never individual gifts. Too expensive to do meaningfully and don’t want to waste money on tat.

The shrinkage of Dyson is understandable. How many of us would say that we "made the mistake" of buying a Dyson floor-cleaner, eventually gave up on it, threw it away and bought a "Henry" or equivalent?

A question for you all. If you know you're going out to eat at a pub or restaurant, do you look at the menu online before you go, and spend all day thinking about what you might order?

What is it with these water bottles. The lid has to stay with it for recycling purposes. Is this another govn rule or EU rule. It's very annoying.

To my friends who wear bras: do any of you hook them in front of you & then rotate the clasp around to your back? I’ve a sore shoulder, asked The Guy to help (which he did), but he suggested trying that; his ex always did it that way. I never knew that was a thing?!?!
