Yes, not all vegetables are the same. Carrots have their benefits, and I do eat them from time to time. Garlic can be useful in various situations, but I wouldn’t eat it regularly. I definitely wouldn’t eat bell peppers regularly either, and I don’t see any particular benefits in them. I need to learn more about mushrooms tho, but I don’t think I’ll be eating them regularly either.
