I've just reach my goal for today with Rust 🔥 I'm now 5 kyū on Codewars! It's 115 Kata complete (lvl 8 kyū, so the easiest lvl) Codewars contains 1185 Kata in Rust and my goal is to complete them all. I've already step up with 115 Kata, so with 1185 I'll be way better 🦀

8 kyū, 7 kyū and now 6 kyū. Codewars is really incredible to train on logic and discover how people really code. For someone like me (Rust as first language) I recommend: 1. @RareCodeAI to have solid fondations in Rust 2. @codewars to train on logic over and over again

@moarbugs I currently learn Rust as my first language. And I dont understand your POV. Why learning one another language before? We can learn the same concepts with Rust. But in the end I'll say that the language should fit the learner. e.g Rust is incredible and JS is awful for me.

PL educators: when should we introduce Rust to students? Asking for a colleague with a teenage kid who knows a bit of Python (and maybe Racket?). Is it important to learn something like C/C++/Java to understand static typing, memory layouts, etc. first or just dive in to Rust?

I finally found it! Now @codewars will be my training platform to continue learning Rust. To learn programming we have to practice as mush as we can. So I'll complete all the Rust exercises on Codewars.

I've learnt something this past few days. When we learn to code, practice is our number one priority. Theory is important but should never be the priority. I took me 2 - 3 days to understand that, but now I know.
