Is there any update? It's over 7 hours now. Still too high voltage (300+). Even stabilizers aren't able to buck them. Please note this is a working day. It's impossible to use any electrical appliances without risking damage or worse. Kindly do more than just highlight. Thanks.

Dear Milan sir & Jainam Broking, @parikhmilan20 @jainambroking I have been trying to reach you through messages, emails, and calls for quite some time now, but have unfortunately not received any response. I am now left with no option but to escalate this through public channels in the hope that it reaches your attention. Since the news regarding Nimit Shah and Hiren Jadhav’s fraudulent activities and the involvement of Darshan Joshi (Itrade91), my life has been completely disrupted. I am one of the affected individuals who entrusted a significant portion of my life savings to Darshan Joshi, with the understanding that I would receive a leveraged prop trading account through Jainam Broking. Since October 2025, it has been an ongoing struggle to recover my funds. While there was an interim arrangement where margin was provided to some of us through internal coordination involving Darshan Joshi, Devang Topiwala, and yourself, that too lasted barely two months. Additionally, profits rightfully earned were not paid out, and there has been no clarity on the timeline for returning the original deposit. I am currently facing a severe personal crisis. A close family member is battling a critical illness and has been undergoing immunotherapy for the past two years. Doctors have now advised a complex surgery, which requires substantial financial resources. This situation was already discussed with Darshan Joshi and Sajid Memon during my visit to your office on 17th February. I also visited Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital on 24th April, where the urgency of the treatment was reiterated. As the sole breadwinner of my family, I am in a helpless position and urgently need my funds to proceed with the treatment. It is extremely distressing that despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no resolution. It is difficult to believe that such large-scale misconduct could have occurred without the knowledge of Jainam’s leadership. I have also come across information suggesting that settlements have been made with several individuals and groups, including high-value case, withdrawal of ~5-7 cr from Devang Topiwala by Darshan Joshi and another big name in the option selling who threaten to expose Darshan’s situation on the social media after the collapse of Nimit Shah/Green Wall Enterprises. If that is true, I fail to understand why cases like mine continue to be overlooked. I request you with folded hands to please prioritize my case and arrange for the immediate return of my funds. I have complete documentation of all transactions made to Darshan Joshi, along with records of trading under BRANCH NIMI and DT and can provide any additional details required. Please understand that this is not just a financial issue for me—it is a matter of urgency tied to a life-threatening medical situation. I sincerely hope for a prompt and fair resolution. However, if I do not receive a response, I will be compelled to explore all available options to recover my hard-earned money. I am currently running between hospitals, trying to get clearer guidance on the treatment, all while being burdened by the constant dilemma of how I will manage the hospitalization expenses. The amount of my deposit is significant for me and my family, even if it may not be substantial from your perspective. At this critical juncture, I sincerely believe that you have the ability to help me navigate this extremely difficult personal situation, and I request your support in facilitating the immediate return of my funds.
