A lot of homeless on the streets at the moment, almost all of them white blokes. Don't know why they haven't just cashed in their white privilege card, claimed their well-paid, prestige job and moved into their luxury home. Baffling 🤷🏼‍♂️.

@5DSoul @LindaGrimshaw7 Best way is to try for yourself. Gently apply bandhas when you’re in crowded spaces and see if you feel better/less drained/whatever than you normally do. Proof in pudding.
