The lesson that I learnt from shaun Eng and other client yesterday you guys should not neglect:
1. Terms of use, return&refund policy, landing page as well as your social media page play an indispensable role in the game.
2. Use tools to avoid chargeback, like disputifier or chargeblast. Otherwise, payment processor issue will knock your door then.
3. As you scale massively, you don’t have too much time to train ur staff and customer service. So you should make them be ready for the scale, then your brand reputation will not fall.
