Put UMG aside. ICEMAN lacked the quality, authenticity and hunger longtime Drake fans used to hear. After a two year wait and the biggest rollout of his career, it should’ve delivered all three. It didn’t. That’s why it isn’t a classic. Then you find out Drake needed three more projects to fulfill his deal and suddenly everything makes sense.
