I’m so sorry you’re going through this. Anxiety attacks really suck, and I know how overwhelming they can feel. I actually experience them several times a day too. What usually helps me is listening to mellow music, reading my comfort manhwa, watching my favorite series, and taking slow, deep breaths. It doesn’t make everything disappear, but it helps me get through the moment. I hope you can be gentle with yourself today. 🫂

📖 Daughter of the Moon Goddess by Sue Lynn Tan 🗣️ Review: This book was absolutely magical from beginning to end. ✨ I honestly couldn’t put it down. I loved following Xingyin’s journey as she left the Moon Palace to become stronger and fight for her mother’s freedom. She’s brave, determined, and never gives up, even when everything seems impossible. Watching her grow throughout the story was one of my favorite parts. The world-building is beautiful, and the Chinese mythology made everything feel so enchanting. The romance was also so well written and didn’t take away from Xingyin’s own journey. If you love fantasy with magic, gods, romance, and a strong female lead, I highly recommend this one. It truly felt like stepping into another world.

📖 Gallant by V.E Schwab 🗣️ Review: I absolutely loved Gallant. The story was hauntingly beautiful from beginning to end. The gothic atmosphere pulled me in, and I found myself wanting to uncover every secret hidden within Gallant. Olivia was such a lovable protagonist, and I couldn’t help but root for her throughout her journey. If you enjoy dark fantasy, family mysteries, and eerie settings with emotional depth, I highly recommend this book. It was definitely a memorable read, and I’m so glad I picked it up. #booklover
