@YoppyVU @DieoxideCarbon also!! emdr was originally meant to help veterans drafted against their will. i started emdr recently, i still haven't gotten to the actual emdr part because of personal stuff, but i'm already starting to process SO much trauma!

@DieoxideCarbon Did you know that EMDR and DBT are both meant to be long term therapeutic commitments that are evidence based to treat trauma and/or teach important distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal relationship skills.
But it only works if you commit to it
