I’ve had enough. I’m officially announcing that starting today 3/26/26 i will be locking in. I weigh 200 pounds and am a fat sack of shit. By July 1st i will get down to 175 pounds, and have visible muscle definition. If i fail i will give 5 people who like this tweet $1,000.

@thundaboyy That’s the point they can sue for business in bad faith/deception/inducement, California is really strict on talent agency’s taking advantage of people. Technically the best state to sign a creator contract. They should ask their lawyers about all these options before paying ngl.

I wonder why the guys ain’t sue Faze for business in bad faith or inducement, from what I’m getting they say their only obligation was to grow Faze and Faze would cover the cost of “growing” Faze. If Banks and Kalish say/said one thing and doing another you can sue them for that.

@justgtz0 They could go the Labor Commissioner route and get all their contracts voided if Faze Media wasn’t an officially licensed as a talent agency (Tfue Case). Since Max said Banks stole $400k from him with a Spotify deal Max would easily get his contract and NDA voided @plaqueboymax

If anyone is confused what he means by this is he doesn’t want to be Banks and Matt Kalish’s puppet (Faze Media). GameSquare (separate entity) owns Faze eSports and he still sees value or something in the eSports side since GameSquare is currently operating it at a high level.

Left @FaZeClan This one really hurts. I've bled FaZe to the core and I'm proud of what I did and what we accomplished. I'm really sad it's come to this but I have nothing but gratitude. I will continue to run and grow @FaZeEsports program as it is a different entity.
