A huge shout out to our community partners at Lifeway Church! They provided our staff with a wonderful breakfast this morning. They worked hard all summer to install our new sensory pathway! We can’t wait for our students to use it!

It’s time to Level Up and Win at HCJ! We welcomed our teachers back with a time of team building and strategic planning. We focused on our YSD1 Student Centered Teaching and Learning Framework as we prepare to plan for daily WIN (What I Need) time.

Congratulations to our fourth grade math team who competed in the district math competition today! The top math students from each elementary school compete in a variety of math contests.

We encouraged our 3rd and 4th graders to do their best on their SCReady tests with a Grow to Glow Pep Rally! We passed along some tips that will help our students GLOW by showing what they KNOW! Students then rubbed JJ’s Rock and promised to do their very best on their tests!
