@webdotcom @netsolcares Ha! Fantastic cut off... You renewed my domain 20 days early without giving me any warning, charging me $26 for a year. I suggest this is an underhanded practice at best, and I'll continue to use @123reg or @cloudflare, of which I have never had problems!

Hey @netsolcares or @webdotcom Does this email mean that if I want to keep it registered, then I have to log on and renew the domain by July 12, but if I don't want the domain any more I can ignore it and it will expire? #domainsupport #websitedomain

@webdotcom @netsolcares But the original email I posted was 30 days before... If you had emailed me then saying you would renew on the 22nd and it would cost me $26, I would have taken action.

@YorkshireTechy @netsolcares There is normally a notification for domain renewals that is sent out 30 days prior to the renewal date.  That goes out to the admin contact that is set in the domain Whois contact.

@webdotcom @netsolcares Except you don't make a point of that in the email... Instead, today you renewed it automatically 20 days early, costing me $26 without any ANY WARNING, and your support chat staff just say "Tough, it's paid now" Is that good practice? Taking money without an email warning first?
