I want to take a moment and thank my community for being so understanding and kind when it comes to my merch. Y’all know YNM is a small company 💜 Too many times have I been overlooked and disregarded due to my size. I’ll forever be grateful for YNM for the opportunity 💜

Hi Kyoharu, I completely understand your frustration, and I’m really sorry this has taken so long. Looking into it, as of now, all orders except for four 3D mousepads have been shipped. The delay was due to unexpected manufacturing and customs issues, with our supplier only able to ship them out on Feb 13th - meaning they could take up to 40 days to arrive. When we started YNM, one of our key goals was to offer merch to creators without the standard minimum order limitations. We had believed this manufacturer was a good fit, but unfortunately, they haven’t been able to deliver within the expected timescales. Our small team also struggled to keep up with timely customer service so, as of February, we’ve brought in two new people to help improve response times and communication. We genuinely appreciate your patience, and I’m sorry again for the delays. This experience has been a learning moment for us, and we’re working to ensure it doesn’t happen again. -YNM James

We spoke earlier, but I just wanted to confirm here as well that the two outstanding keychains have now been shipped and I sincerely apologize for the delay. After they arrived in February we were slow in getting them shipped out, and that’s on us. I understand why you’re disappointed, especially given how smoothly previous launches went, and I’m sorry for how this experience turned out. Rest assured we’re taking steps to improve our processes to prevent delays like this from happening again. -YNM James

I’m really sorry to those who ordered my Richard keychain in August for my debut. I really hate pestering people but it’s been 7 months and I have asked on 3 separate occasions on the ETA of them :/ My first and second launch went really well and I was happy with the merch quality, but im really disappointed this time in how everything has gone down. I know that after I post this that they most likely will not want to work with me again but I’d rather warn people than let it simmer. I will be looking for other avenues for a new merch company, but please understand that it may take some time.
