i've won every game i've played after the reset... i think i found the secret tech fizz build. But you'll never believe what it is never before built items on fizz i'm TRULY an innovator. They told me it wouldn't work and i proved them wrong. So whats the build you ask? Well you see its just first base dark seal boots refillable and then I go omnivamp boots rush and then... dusk and dawn zhonyas dcap. Runes are in second screenshot. The reason dusk and dawn is so good on fizz is since the heal works on minions every time you last hit a minion with w you get that flat heal which heals even more since you have the omnivamp boots. (yes btw this literally is just standard fizz build but lichbane replaced with dusk and dawn then new boots + different rune page)
