@Young73Co My mistake sorry Neil. We have an automatic compensation scheme in place for delayed installations, the account would be assessed and applied automatically. If this does not meet the requirements after the initial assessment you can raise a complaint to challenge this. ^AC

@virginmedia if my internal install took place, but I had no service as it was found there was a problem with the external cabling, would I be eligible for the auto compensation?

@virginmedia That's not what I'm asking. My install didn't go live on given date even though equipment was installed. Should I receive auto compensation for time taken for service to go live? I was told yes over the phone and an email sent to me about the how the scheme works, no credit yet.

@Young73Co Hi there Neil, you shouldn't be billed until the service was live and in use. Have you had a bill from us yet? ^AC
