First frame boxer Pros - Very good for all size of balls, small, big, extra large gbola - Giving the size, the balls and penis can swing well - if you want to scratch your balls stylishly, you can put hand through your pocket - If you want to have sex on the go, Just pop the button open and bring out the penis for penetration. So easy. Cons - not good for guys with big butts, it tears easily, bend down and it rips open like the Red Sea. - the colors wash away with time. - many guys tend to misuse it, because of the colour and dirtiness doesn't show on time , people can over wear it. 2nd frame Boxers - It has a way of making balls looking bigger irrespective of the size which increases men's confidence ( just the way corsets pack breasts) - it is short , so boxers line don't really show since singlet lines can cover it. - it grips the balls firmly, so no unnecessary dangling for people with Long throat penis. - doesn't tear easily, great tailoring Cons Too tight, boxers line can enter the butt hole which can be discomforting. For people with big penis, it might be uncomfortable. Not good for quickie , you have to take it all off, or slide under the tension. The tightness can increase the sweat in the groins. Increase risk of irritation.

The first sign of calcium deficiency isn’t brittle bones — it’s muscle cramps, especially at night. Your muscles need calcium to contract and relax properly. 💡 Tip: Include calcium-rich foods like milk, yogurt, leafy greens, and fish in your meals. @kels_physio | Move better.

Real relief comes from movement that’s specific to you—targeted, intentional movement. Not some random routine you found online. Your body deserves a plan, not a gamble . ©️Kel’s physio
