Dear @piggyvest kindly return my money since your representative said my NIN and BVN name doesn't tally. Atleast reverse the money back to my gtb where it was sent from.

You are thesame person chanting his praise here before he fully came to Chelsea . I was just laughing but today thesame you is saying the job is too big for him. Don't you know this before you kept on shouting he is the man for the job?

If I were Chelsea owners, I would let the Sporting Directors and the coach go in the summer. The Sporting Directors have cost us a lot of money with some of the decisions they have made and lack the mentality required to run a big club. As for Liam, this job is simply too big for his level.

@piggyvest why is your network this bad??? I sent money from you app to GTB since morning and this 5:30pm and it hasn't delivered. What's going on?

Important Documents you must ask for before buying land in Nigeria
1. If the person says that the land was gifted to him, ask for a Deed of Gift.
2. If the person says that he bought the land, ask for Deed of Assignment, Deed of Conveyance or Irrevocable power of Attorney.
3. If the person says the land was shared between him and someone else, ask for Deed of Partition.
4. If the person says that he is holding the land in trust for a minor, ask for Deed of trust.
5. If the person says that the land is a family land, ask for written consent of the family head and principal members of the family or the family resolution.
6. If the person says he inherited the property without a Will, ask for the Letters of Administration.
7. If the person inherited the land from a late person who made a Will, ask for the grant of probate or Deed of Assent.
Buying land is not something you should do in a hurry, ensure that you conduct due diligence before you make payment.
All the best.

Which of these documents does your land have?
Which of them have you not heard of before?

Seyi Law won that conversation, hands down. He even had to endure outright misinformation that couldn’t even get corrected after a supposed fact-check.
However, he was the one with the star power, so everything that went against him made the other person look good. It’s like that club that scored a goal in the UCL in a 4-1 loss, Kairat? but celebrated the goal like they’d just scored a winning goal.

Hi @lollypeezle,
I’ve been wondering how you all manage the road from Ketu to Ikorodu. Honestly, whoever designed that stretch must have been completely confused. How do you build a dual 10-lane road going both ways and still have such chaotic BRT lanes squeezed in between? Oga o
