I let my left hip get too weak and the recovery took about 3 months, when I got my right hip done it was still strong with moderate pain but because I still had strong muscles the recovery only took one month before I could exercise!

@Mappy6984 This looks painful, I have osteoarthritis and I’m dealing with left hip pain. The orthopedic spoke to me about this, but I’m trying to go as far as i can to avoid this type of surgery. I wonder how long is the recovery and when you’re able to go back to the gym after this
