@YourEuropeEU what is being done about this? There's next to no guidance for instances like this when Terms of Sale state businesses are IOSS compliant and not everyone is going to be like me in realising that these additional VAT bills should not be happening.

Question#booked a flight between 2 EU countries, flight initially booked on 13th Feb preponed by to the 10th, date change penalty was paid to change onward sector, @wizzair cancelled flights for both the sectors and refunded only the fare, 1/2 @IATA @YourEuropeEU @EASA
