@YourRepairUK your services are appalling. One of your engineers has caused damage to a friends pipes to the point it’s flooded her bathroom and kitchen and she’s unable to use either. She’s been ignored and left like that. I’d certainly advise anyone again using your services

@YourRepairUK who do I contact with regards to complaints? Your company are absolute despicable. You’ve left my friend, a front line nurse with damaged pipes due to your Plummer, leaving sewage in her kitchen and bathroom and unable to use her toilet. Disgraceful

@YourRepairUK My boiler cover renewal quote has increased from £9 to £14 p/m. Queried with customer services and was told all the prices on the website are changing and I cannot remain on the £9 plan. Sounds ridiculous.
