People confuse "lore" with "depth," and I think that's why everyone demands every toon be given expansive lore, when most of them have no integral role in the grand story of Gardenview. So I'd say pretty much every non-main toon. They don't need extra lore, just some added depth

@GrumbleCombo if they're for wildlife then why not show how fireworks negatively impact wildlife on a regular basis (pollution, choking hazards, displacement, wildfires, e.t.c.) to get people to see a problem with fireworks. streets are calling this the worst post hoc fallacy ever
