@Arthuristheboy @topquark Many DC's have gotten BOI with rights to majority shareholding but that is for Type 1 license. With Type 3=no foreign majority allowed. So they will have to team up with someone local that has the "power" guess who that will be....

@Yozzo @topquark Interesting that the NBTC mandates the areas for construction, which I'm sure will be very lucrativefor the current land owners. Does it also issue licences for these centres? If so, how much will they cost?
