A service job in Australia is a far better lifestyle than a so called training job in Ballygobackwards. We both know those jobs are not really training jobs but forced rota fillers

🚑 In the Netherlands, 2% of Medical graduates emigrate. In Ireland, 50 to 60% leave within a year. The Netherlands has approx 2% non-EU trained doctors. There are a series of notoriously gruelling exams to enter the Dutch system. Ireland has 28% non-EU/EEA/UK trained doctors. There is a one-off test, the PRES Level 3, that has cheat videos on the internet. 82% of doctors sanctioned for medical malpractice in Ireland are foreign trained. The system is broken but Sláintecare seems destined to continue with the same model - mass export of Irish graduates & mass import of foreign workers.
