We complained for a long time that all Siege devs did was nerf things, so they've only given us buffs recently.
But I think we can all agree some nerfs are fine and needed (AKA defense DMRs and SMG-12 on console)

My DMR nerf idea:
- remove ACOGs on defense
- give them a half speed penalty (like LMGs)
- maybe 10% more recoil

The Reaper is what the SMG-11 and SMG-12 should be. Not good guns on their own, just a backup.
Instead everyone wants the Reaper to be what the SMGs are now. Which will ALWAYS lead to balancing issues.
