Tim Walz pardoned an illegal alien convicted of repeatedly vaginally and orally raping a 10-year-old girl who told police it’s normal in his culture to have sex with prepubescent girls, then suggested the child was also at fault & should be arrested. The pardon may now shield him from his imminent deportation as his record is wiped clean & he can now fight his removal in court easier.
