I'm one of the biggest $TE bulls on here. But I'm not going to pretend the sudden termination of their Chief Accounting Officer doesn't raise questions. Denise Cruz was terminated on Feb 5. Same day, they promoted the SEC reporting lead to replace her. No transition period. No explanation beyond the 8-K filing. Here's what concerns me: This is a company building a $400M+ fab in Austin. They just completed a $160M tax credit sale. They have earnings on Feb 26. And they fire their CAO with ZERO public explanation three weeks before reporting? In small-cap investing, trust is everything. $TE's thesis is strong - 5 GW capacity, domestic solar manufacturing, 45X tax credits - but management transparency has to match the ambition. I need to see three things from the Feb 26 earnings call: 1) A clear explanation of why the CAO was terminated 2) Confirmation that accounting/reporting processes remain intact 3) G2_Austin construction timeline holding firm I have trimmed my position. The thesis hasn't changed. But I'm watching closely. When you're bullish on a stock, the most valuable thing you can do is hold management accountable - not stay silent. $TE holders deserve answers. 👇
