@postweaboo @vic_rock14 Até acho interessante cada um buscar ter um senso crítico mais refinado, mas em termos práticos, eu acho que tanto faz o fã médio de shoujo se contentar ou não com essas adaptações. Até porque Kanata Kara não é nenhum projeto fora da curva dentro dos mangás shoujo

@vic_rock14 É triste que, pelos fãs de Shoujo serem tão pouco privilegiados em cima de produções de outros gêneros, muitos vão carregar a mentalidade de se contentar com o pouco que é oferecido porque é o que tem.

Sinceramente, se for pra ter esse revival de anime Shoujo com essa qualidade era melhor não ter. Negócio parece levemente melhor do Isekai genérico de temporada, sendo que é um mangá bastante importante pra demografia. Dengeki Daisy parece que vai ser o único a se salvar.

Some may have heard about how the bed scene in Rose of Versailles was met with criticism by parents and teachers back when it was being serialized. What's not spoken of as frequently is that Ikeda had to take stance against censorship in the English edition of the manga

@abri_chan In any case, what we don't know is whether this has to do with UDON or any other publisher that may have reached out to her to publish RoV early on. BUT we do know some publisher requested to remove the scene and she did no accept it.
