As Party Leader of the Justice and Freedom Party and a leader in Luo Nyanza, I strongly condemn the attack on Godfrey Osotsi and the rising wave of violence in Kisumu. The question must be asked: why Kisumu? Who is orchestrating these? Who is financing this wave of lawlessness?

Or is this a calculated scheme to sow division—pitting the Luo community against others, especially our Luhya brothers? And if so, who stands to benefit from such dangerous narratives? We will not allow our region to be turned into a theatre of chaos or ethnic division.

That’s structural failure. +Kenya’s challenge is not personalities or political drama. It is structural failure—an economy that excludes, institutions that protect impunity, and politics detached from lived reality. That is what must change.

-Inflation, jobless graduates, and rising cost of living are not accidents. They are policy outcomes of an economy that no longer serves the majority. -Corruption in Kenya is not random. It is organized impunity—state capture protected by weak or politicized institutions.

Kenya’s crisis is not political noise. It is structural failure. When graduates stay unemployed, corruption has no consequences, and institutions serve power instead of people, the problem is not politics—it’s a broken system.

When both government and opposition fail, legitimacy moves outside formal politics. That’s not chaos. It’s society responding to institutional collapse. -Stop calling it political noise. When hunger rises, jobs disappear, and corruption is protected, that’s not politics.
