Interesting turn… second run since having COVID in April, mostly due to time constraints over the last four weeks, and I struggled to breathe even though timing was normal. Had to stop every 1k after an initial 2k burst. Managed 6k total. Now breathless and wheezy. 😢

Amazing #nearme #physio appointment with @NHSGrampian. Worked really well for visually reviewing my progress, which is more advanced than expected (have been religiously doing exercises), and now have more to build on. And we talked about getting back to running 😬

I woke up at 5 and 6 and 7, in training for the end of the hols, but I’ve only just got up and now I’m back in bed doing my physio exercises. It’s warm and makes them easier. I’ll get up again for 8…

I need one of these. I’m paperless for almost everything except shopping. And I never take a pen so I tear off rows and columns as I go along. It looks very strange at the end and there is a trail of individual words on bits in the bottom of the bag.

Been running 5 weeks. You’ll be pleased to hear that at my current pace means it would take me 6 hours and 48 minutes to run a marathon. Honestly think I could walk it quicker.
