I've done my good deeds of the week... Let two people in front of me with smaller shopping basket 🛒, let another person use my Tesco club card to get a discount (whilst I score points) and let a few cars out of a side road whilst I was queuing at 5.30 rush hour to get into the vets - our Louis Chihuahua cross, is 14+ and has had a hacking cough for two days. Apparently he's pretty OK 👌thermometer up his bum, normal reading, no temperature except they detected a heart murmer and his teeth aren't great so they've prescribed Arthrocam anti inflammatory - bill was £81 quid... they said, bring him back in 6 mths for a cardio test at a cost of £400+ quid hmmmmm 🤔 Happy thabulous Thursday lv T xx Monty 💙

@PATRIOT2117 Ah, that's funny! I was starting to worry, and was going to tell you 10 glasses of water and too much fruit would leach out too much sodium from your body.

Today marks six months without drinking a drop of alcohol of any kind! Six months of eating seven fruit and vegetables a day, drinking 10 glasses of water, no carbs and no red meat, plus at least 8 hours of sleep a night. The change in my body has been fantastic! I feel great, I lost weight and my way of thinking is very positive! I'm looking to keep this up until I die. No alcohol, eat only healthy foods, getting lots of sleep and above all, an hour of exercise every day! To be honest, I don't know whose status this is, but I was so happy for them, I copied and pasted it!!

@CoffindafferFBI Brian Thompson's story is heartbreaking. To come from modest means, to study to make it in life, to raise a family, only to be hunted by a crazed terrorist in the street.

Luigi Mangione was Rich. Brian Thompson, the United Healthcare CEO whom Luigi shot in the back, came from modest means. He attended public schools. So do his kids. He went to the University of Iowa, a state college. The tuition at Iowa State was about $2800/year for Brian. Brian worked his way up to becoming a CEO. Everything was given to Luigi. His all-boys elite prep school cost about $40k a year. His Ivy League college cost about $75K per year. I am not begrudging Luigi anything. His grandfather worked hard to build his fortune, and Luigi is the benefactor. That's great. It's the hypocrisy that's hard to stomach. These protesters marched over the sidewalk where Brian was shot dead in the back by Luigi. The movement seems to be shifting from Healthcare to killing CEOs to killing the Rich. What an oxymoron this is. Where does it end? Luigi has hired top dollar attorneys that only the rich can afford. As I said before, if Luigi truly believed his rhetoric, he would have gone with the public defender. These protestors are fighting for a hypocrite, not a hero. Recall that Luigi didn't even have United Healthcare. He didn't lose a family member due to a claim being denied. He received extensive medical treatment on his back and never seemed to want for anything as he traveled the World, post back surgery. Luigi is no revolutionary for a cause. Luigi is a spoiled rich kid who idolizes Ted Kaczynski, has an inflated ego, and who completely lost his moral compass. #LuigiMangione #Luigi
