@virginmedia Almost two weeks, three technician visits and a promise by the last one on Monday that the problem needed outside work which he would sort and still I have heard nothing. We cannot watch a programme without constant pixalating. Absolutely disgusting service.
@rwfc236@virginmedia We've been having this for weeks. Technician came yesterday and added to the cable saying that should do it. Just as bad. Tried ringing, can't speak to anybody, tried live chat, total waste of time, they're obviously just following written instructions. At my wits end.
@virginmedia is anyone else having their signal continuously cutting out on all channels? It is very annoying to keep having s blank screen every minute or so!!
@YvonneJone72077 Okay, just checking, have you restarted the affected box by turning the power off for a minute or so, since this started happening? A restart usualy resolves most issues.
@virginmedia can somebody tell me why the picture on my TVs keeps pixalating and upstairs a black box continues to appear saying CS2004 yet it's impossible to speak to anyone on 150 apart from being told no fault recognised. Still you take £98 without fail.
@YvonneJone72077 Very sorry about this issue Yvonne. Are there any known TV issues in your area right now? You can check here: virg.in/servicechecker or by calling 0800 561 0061.
Can somebody @@virginmedia that knows what they are talking about please contact me to clarify that my monthly bill on continuing my contract is £73 as stated and confirmed in email. I have since received a further email stating it is £165. No use phoning.
