@Z1canobi I would GUESS (again, not as a lawyer) the bigger risk is pulled versus sued in that case. But Amazon may be tricky since sometimes the non-official stuff def does get pulled. (I know I linked to a fan-created tote that was art-y versus photos used and that seems to be gone.)

@marisaroffman The plan was for a self publish (via Amazon) book/booklet type thing-not fully figured out yet. A collection of the quotes. If it were to get pulled down, it gets pulled. My main concern was any possibility of being sued. But doesn’t seem so? Ik you’re not a lawyer

@Z1canobi I know there's fan works out there w/phrases, etc., and it seems really sporadic about what gets flagged or not. I assume, to some degree, it's frequently viewed as free promo (short of you ripping off a design they're already selling), but I've also heard of stores being pulled.

@Z1canobi Important caveat: I'm not a lawyer. But: Depending on the show/studio/production company, if it's REALLY notable, the specific phrase(s) may have their own copyright, on top of them making a case because it's provable something they've aired. (There are databases you can check.)

@micayla_zee I could be/have recently attended the 2nd funeral of someone I love in the past yr, but only by luck basically, both have lived.. one was by 2-3 hrs (my mom-attempted..) & the other no explanation other than an insane will to live-idk (my 88 yr old grandmother). Anyways, I agree
