@depression2019 Both are technically correct, but if you are referring to gains then shark is right. $100 invested and sold for $400 is a $300 gain (which is 300% of 100), but you now have $400 total which is 4x your initial amount. Making 300% a 4x.

@iamyesyouareno Why not search them beforehand? Even if the medics don't know it's from an OD yet, a prior search seems the best approach with so much uncertainty in those situations. Plus it could help with identifying the issue if they found drugs etc.
