Bought a 2025 @RamTrucks 1500 ten months ago. Paid for the Digital Key. Still doesn't work. @Stellantis confirmed today: truck IS equipped — they just haven't activated it. Magnuson-Moss demand letter drafted. 30 days, then certified mail. #RamDigitalKey

@RamTrucks I’ve had my 2025 Ram 1500 for 4+ months and the “Digital Key” is still a ghost. CS bounced me around until someone finally said it’s not available, the timeline keeps changing, and nobody knows. Ford, Rivian, Cybertruck, all have working phone keys. Why doesn’t Ram?

Back here again because email support hasn’t responded. Ram Connect fixed, but no updates since Sept 8. @RamTrucks @UconnectCares — I need this resolved.

Made an account just to say this: My new @RamTrucks Uconnect app won’t update location or fuel, and my SOS & Assist buttons died after switching from Wi-Fi to non-Wi-Fi. Paying for nothing. Weeks of “we’re working on it” = no fix. #UconnectFail
