@ClassicBrowns @thedawgspodcast @brown_northern His career highlights video on YouTube is like 3 and a half mins long.
English

@thedawgspodcast @brown_northern I can show you a few good highlights of Johnny Manziel as well if you’d like
English

"Shedeur didn't show anything last season."
Mkay. Well here's a whole lot of him showing why he's the best option for the Browns in 2026.

A lot is being made with Deion Sanders talking to Todd Monken about Shedeur But if Monken and the #Browns can get more insight on the strengths and weaknesses of the QB- why would that be a bad thing?
English

@Rob_Shenanigans Yeah recruiting doesn’t work that way at all.
English

@TheKardiac_Kid Can you just finally come out and say it?….it shouldn’t be that hard for you at this point. Ok on 3. 1…2….3….”I don’t like Shedeur Sanders.” Man that should feel so much better.
English

Please just tank and get a real QB so we can stop this nonsense

The Browns schedule release video featured Shedeur and not Watson. I know I for one am going to read too much into this. Shedeur starts in Week 1.

Hey @Browns fans I promise you it’s not the first time an NFL franchise has spoken to the collegiate HC of a QB. You all are just freaking out bc it happens to be Sanders. Just trying to find something to be mad about and it’s not even a big deal.
English

@Z_Bickel @UKBrownsNFL I don’t really see where goal posts were moved. Monken wasn’t here during Sanders draft process. Yes he is a 5th rounder, yes he is still raw, and maybe that’s why Monken wants to speak to the guy who’s coached the kid his whole damn life. I don’t see the problem.
English

@ZFergie4 @UKBrownsNFL “Good organizations definitely talk to the HC of the players they have on their team” do you need help moving the goal posts? But he’s a 5th rounder, who has 1 year in the league. It doesn’t matter what the college coach says. He will rely on people in the building and their say
English

@LfGBrowns @UKBrownsNFL Monken wasn’t here during his draft process. And it’s Deion Sanders if you have the chance to meet him in person you take it. Especially if you are a football junkie like Monken.
English

@ZFergie4 @UKBrownsNFL Lmao, they do that over the phone or during the draft process and that’s where it ends any coach that needs help from a losing college football coach to figure out what any player is good at had zero business being a NFL head coach
English

@Rob_Shenanigans It doesn’t matter what round the player is taken in the organization better be doing their due diligence on them. And yes that includes talking to their collegiate HC. And if I were the Browns I’d be talking to their HS HC bc we haven’t done shit right in 30 fucking years
English

@ZFergie4 If he was a Day 1 (or even 2) draft pick then I'd agree. The team better be doing their due diligence and talking to past coaches.
I doubt any team does that for 5th round picks though
English

@Z_Bickel @UKBrownsNFL What’s the most important position in all of sports?
English

@ZFergie4 @UKBrownsNFL Will Todd talk to the coaches of all of the other players on the roster that weren’t drafted this year?
English

@Rob_Shenanigans Someone in the organization better be doing that type of homework. Whether that be a low level scout, or Berry, or Monken. Seems like Monken is particularly interested in Shedeur if he is going to speak to his former HC.
English

@ZFergie4 Again, you're crazy if you think the head coach meets with all his players' college coaches to ask them how to coach the kids. That's not happening. And if he's not doing it with all his players, then he shouldn't be doing it for a 5th round backup QB.
English

@UKBrownsNFL You’re missing my point. Good organizations definitely talk to the HC of the players they have on their team. It just happens to be that Sheduers HC is his father. That’s not his fault.
English

@ZFergie4 Funnily enough i don't believe that any parent is entitled to a meeting with the HC of the NFL team their son plays for. Regardless of whether or not they have a losing record as a college HC. So it wouldn't even matter if he was lol
English

@Rob_Shenanigans And you don’t have any idea that Monken hasn’t spoken to any of those coaches. So what’s your point? I’m sure good organizations do ask former coaches about the kids they coached for 3+ years. They aren’t doing their jobs if they don’t. Give me a break.
English

@ZFergie4 You don't have any idea who Monken will and won't take a meeting with. The fact is none of those coaches you listed met with him, so the point rings hollow.
