Around the 22nd of January I finally had enough. My wife told me she wasn't going on vacation with me unless I lost 30 pounds as I was about the fattest I've ever been at over 260 pounds. I started what she calls a dog food diet (lean ground beef / turkey and rice) and my own regimen of reta. In 45 days I have achieved my first goal, a full month and a half ahead of schedule. Ultimately my goal is another 30 pounds off to sit at 200. This has been the easy part. The hard part is how do I maintain the proper weight by restructuring my habits and not needing to lean on a crutch. For those who talk smack about those who need an assist in the use of peptides... I've got twin birds for you. I needed something to give me a boost so I could see results quickly to keep me motivated. I've struggled with my weight my entire life, cycling back and forth but always getting bigger. For the first time I'm feeling great about my trajectory and the likelihood of keeping the weight off. I came up with my own dosage plan, titrating up 0.5mg a week from 1mg. Side effects have been minimal and the results speak for themselves. I still have a long way to go but here is to weighing in at or under 220 the next time I have to take my shirt off in the sun! Oh and FML I started looking at the thing I hate the most in this world, gym memberships...

@WuppertFutures oh yeah trading with edge on polymarket is a good idea, farming for airdrop is totally useless on poly imo. i don’t know how hard it is. like for trading crypto that shits really difficult( real edge and not just being a good discretionary TA trader, which seems even harder)

@ZKketamine Idk. Honestly... the more i think abt it, the more im being lead to polymarket. Maybe its worth spending time there and creating ur own edge

I lost 1 year of salary in 48h In January my $LIT airdrop dumped with $20,000 in just 2 days and I went from Hero to Surviver I was upset because it was supposed to be the next Hyperliquid...also I could've farmed easily other airdrops worth $50-100k with that 20k Finally, I took "the SL" at $2.2 publicly on X saying "I need to pay my loans to the bank, what if BTC goes to 60k, what will happen to my airdrop" Rest is history because BTC really went to that level and Lighter is now at $1.4 (another 30% down) "Comparison is the thief of joy" - I am still grateful forever to @Lighter_xyz that I managed to pay my loans and also got some decent points on other perpdex that should be worth $20k 🙏🙏
