🧵 @SDGE has known about a hazardous leaning tree at 1535 Bancroft St, South Park for 30+ days. Nothing has been done. Here's the timeline:
May 11: Reported the tree. Inspector sent to WRONG address — 1453 instead of 1535. Tree leans more than 45° toward power lines. Must be viewed from Cedar St to see it.
May 18: Rep Morgan called, confirmed it's a "big issue." Said a crew would come within 30 days to cut it back.
That was 30 days ago. Nothing has changed. One windstorm or heavy rain could bring those lines down. @SDGE — this is on record.
I wonder what the ETA would be if that tree fell down, took the power lines with it, causing chaos to all of the homes nearby?
