This is a VERY good concept.

@TransWesker2 I know that technically yes, he can hold survivors on a chain to get through endurance, but one - chain bug exists, two - someone can always try and body block the chain so it breaks, and three - it’s near impossible to do right off hook since it’s 15 seconds and not 10.

@TransWesker2 Granted, his 1v1 is EXTREMELY good, and he can play around a lot of tiles, and perks like dead hard are kinda meaningless if you land shots. But his macro is awful due to, again, being the slowest in the game. If you don’t have a good gen setup then you’d better have good chases.

15 second endurance on blight is fine.

@FateMYC I thought the unique hook buffs you’d get from that one ptb was actually pretty nice, though they didn’t benefit all killers equally. Pixel Bush had a cool idea where they could do specific buffs for each killer like give wesker and drac and extra dash or something

The ICR-1 is meant to be a futuristic version of the M27, while the ICR itself is not visually based off of anything irl, it’s a fictional version.
