@kepadil Research output is easier to keep track of; I found developing my teaching statement difficult! I wish I had kept regular track of changes/updates I made in courses each semester to demonstrate your responsiveness to feedback and/or improvements to pedagogy.

I got an EXCELLENT tip for preparing for tenure - start writing names of potential letter writers on your whiteboard, so you remember to not take on new projects with them, removing any potential conflicts of interest 👀👏🏼 Any other tips folks have for the big T&P process?
