@ZSurpeme It is abit funny to explain, but in the original character hobby, you are not allowed to take artworks and characters of someone else without getting crucified by either the author or the community. Buying the character is a way to "legalize" your ownership to it.

Her abilities had to be simplified due to how her body was made like any other machine, this also meant that her body had to manually evolve and adapt. Metal NEVER goes back into this form willingly, she'll need to be fatally damaged or have her energy drained to revert into it.

This is Empress Metal's original form, a very outdated/imperfect form in her own words. She was designed to look almost exactly like Sonic the Hedgehog and be on par with her physically, which was successful at a cost. She was a powerful machine but also severely limited.
