My issue with the anniversary is that half of the patch notes are essentially ads or merchandise that you can BUY.
Bike collabs (ads) bike skins, outfits, razer collab (ad) and 3 rounds of merchandising
It inherently goes against the spirit of gacha anniversaries where they are meant to be rewarding the players.
For a 3.3 patch on its own, it’s great.
But the anniversary side left a sour taste, and it feels more like a “here’s all the things you can buy!” Anniversary more than anything.

hsr giving 20 wishes + 1600 (in which 10 of them is what u normally recieve from defauld patch event, so technically u even only got 20 extra wishes)

technically we get a bit more rewards and better event coverage then last year (after their compensation)

The only thing in my feed are people fighting about the anniv stream, I’ll let it die down. The patch is good, just didn’t feel like an anniv stream.
These are my thoughts, there are others who feel differently and that’s okay. It’s meaningless to fight, use the feedback.

A lot of people complaining about the anniversary rewards. I don’t care about no free 5 star. The pulls and improvements and QOLs are expected. My only expectation was that they would reveal or announce something big, which didn’t happen.
