@FleuryNFT 1/ Rite of passage for everyone. When you place a bet, you always knew there was a chance of failure. What you didn't know, was how much pain you would feel (for losing that much money). How could you know? This has never happened before.

Some would argue that I shouldn’t ever open up and make a post like this, but f*ck it. A little over a month ago I lost $460,000 trading using leverage. Since then, I was able to take some time off to reevaluate things but it hasn’t really helped It feels like I wasted a year of my life building for nothing. Sacrificed my health as well as a lot of time with my family and friends to make that money which I recklessly torched within 72 hours Some days I wake up feeling optimistic about life, but a lot of the time I still feel like shit and can barely function as a normal human. I hit rock bottom I’m 21 years old. Not really sure where to go from here. Feels like I have the world ahead of me, but also feels like time is running out Went from making $10,000 a day in March to now having to look for summer jobs making $18 an hour Readjusting back to reality has been a struggle for me It sucks to know that I have the trading skills to make it, but lack the bankroll management and self discipline to hold onto it Losing that trust within myself has been extremely difficult to wrap my head around Learning how to trust myself again is now the most important thing in my life. After a bunch of soul searching, I’m now realizing there is nothing else to do except get back to work. What else am I supposed to do with my life? @huddybags had to loan me $500 in January. That’s all I had to my name The hardest thing about this comeback will be dropping all ego and getting to back to work like I did in January Need to double down on what I’m good at and stay away from the degenerate sh*t that constantly knocks me off my path It’s time to get back in the trenches, get back into community takeovers, get back to marketing, and get back into screaming at devs to work for my f*cking bags. Not exactly sure what I’ll get from making this post Watched a Ted Talk last week about a women who lost everything on her entrepreneurial journey.
