FTX sued Bybit to reclaim $953 million in assets. FTX has sued Bybit and its two subsidiaries, Mirana Ventures and Time Research, to recover $953 million in fiat and crypto that were withdrawn from the platform in the days leading up to FTX's collapse. The lawsuit alleges that Bybit's investment fund Mirana Ventures had VIP interests in FTX, and used them to withdraw most of the funds from FTX before the exchange went bankrupt. Accordingly, Mirana put pressure on FTX employees to request them to prioritize withdrawal transactions before other regular users. The amount of money that FTX requested to recover was up to 953 million USD, of which 327 million USD was stolen. Mirana Ventures exits between November 7 and November 8, 2022.
