not even sure how to bug report this any better, this bug has been present for ~3 months and I've reported it every single build so far. Healing Stream Totem (and cloudburst) do not have a cooldown still on live. Enjoy your free healing I guess everybody :) @WarcraftDevs

@MoseyDm I like to do my character sheet in DDB then print it. Real dice always. I hope someday to get an iPad so I can stop using paper at all.

I was surprised that even for in-person D&D game play 20-50% of players have moved to electronic/digital sheets (almost all still use real dice). Lots of iPads/phones at tables.
