@politicalmath Diet is more important but exercise is still a decent part of it. You could spend an hour doing cardio and just eating a few Oreos would cancel out the cardio’s affect on your weight.

Is it true that Ozempic basically just surpasses hunger pangs? So the classic advice for weight loss was "diet and exercise" but it was mostly "diet" with exercise playing a marginal role in this strategy?

Legends has recently made some nice game improvements (such as improved quality of 1% zenkais, buffing Z abilities, guaranteeing red slot 3s for specific character unique equipment). But there are still a lot of ways that they can continue to improve the game - so here is a listing of the game improvements that I think they can and should make. I think all of these are realistic and would require minimal effort to implement. I’m categorizing each by importance level. Let me know if there is anything that you would add to these. Extremely important - Summon pity should not be voided if you pull the character before reaching the limit - Increase the exchange shop cap of 20k CC Moderately important - Remove zenkai power missions and have all zenkai power obtainable through the character’s tower event - Implement a way to grind zenkai power for old characters outside of using the limited amount of zenkai rush medals provided every week - Provide grind-able ways to obtain more equipment space - Free characters should be tuned to be much more powerful - Provide a more lucrative way to grind zeni outside of Legends Weekend periods - Return old Ultras on banners featuring new Ultra characters Low importance - Region lock PvP matchmaking - Increase the number of supporters that show up per refresh in the chrono crystal shop (right now it’s only 2) - Separate proud and standard PvP rankings with each ranking having unique rewards (you earn rewards for your end of season rank in standard and separate rewards for your rank in proud)

Won’t be posting regularly about this but made the decision about 4 weeks ago (a few days after Ultra Trunks dropped) that it was time to drop some pounds. Started out fairly light but been slowly building to more rigorous workouts 5x a week + adopted a pretty strict diet and already seeing very nice results. Can definitely feel the difference but still have a while to go before I’m where I want to be. Trying not to go too fast.

CS2 is seeing a renaissance of returning game modes, except it's not Valve making them, it's the modding community! Prop Hunt is one of the all time classics, and it's great to see it make a comeback.

@SumitM_X my theory is all the usernames are sorted, so like all the usernames that start with n are in one location, then names in that section that have e as the 2nd letter are in there own section in there. and so on for each letter. so if there looking for a name they can pinpoint it.

Someone said that our Sega Dreamcast ports were a pointless waste of time today and that nobody will play them… Meet my son, who was the first kid to ever play Mario 64, Doom 64, Mario Kart 64, Starfox 64, Sonic Mania, Grand Theft Auto 3 and Vice City, and now The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time—some of my all-time favorite games from childhood—on my favorite console, the Sega Dreamcast, for his first play-throughs… and his little sister plays with us as well. Despite the fact that we actually do have a thriving homebrew scene of people playing and supporting us, I could not give less of a shit if anyone else plays them or appreciates the work… This is all the validation I need.
